The insurance and business policy is a scam. my items were destroyed and nobody is taking any accountability for the items that were damaged. I've got in contact with the Regional Manager which is bruce who hasn't resolved my issues.

Increased storage fees by 1/3 within 4 months and would not match competitors. Terrible business model not trying to keep customers by matching competitors. Guess you turn a better profit with an empty locker.

Although modernity and progress matters in elevators for storage units - they run a reasonably convenient to me and and very large facility

The manager was great but the facility lacked carts or the imbecile renters would not replace them. The reduced rating is also because I should get back the money that was not actively being used for the rental, in that if I move out early, the expense is prorated.
