The manager was great but the facility lacked carts or the imbecile renters would not replace them. The reduced rating is also because I should get back the money that was not actively being used for the rental, in that if I move out early, the expense is prorated.

You charged me extra the first month for insurance I didn't need, all because your website didn't disclose that I needed to bring a copy of my very expensive homeowner's insurance policy to your location.You jacked up the cost of my unit 50% after 5 months.

The continual price increases with no improvements to the property forced me out of an incredibly convenient location. A month ahead of time isn't enough notice to raise the rent with the frequency and percentages CubeSmart did.
