Rodent droppings in storage unit. Had storage unit for 14 years but just recently entered unit. Office was closed on 12/26 but no signage about hours.

Edward and Tiffany were both extremely helpful and informative in getting me set up with our storage unit. I accomplished all of this from out of state, and due to their personalized attention to treating me with care, I had full confidence that this facility was the best fit for my needs. This type of customer service isn't always a given, so I really appreciate the managers at this facility being so kind and helpful. Thanks very much!
