Expensive but…..this place has great lighting and I kinda feel safe. Today is kind of crazy with people losing jobs, houses and everything. YouTube has already showed us ppl sleeping in different storages. The person working in the office is running this place very well.

The customer service was fantastic--10/10. The manager and another associate I interacted with were so courteous and helpful. I was disappointed that I couldn't access the facility 24/7, even with my access code. I showed up with a car full of stuff at 10:30pm, only to find out that it closed at 10:00pm.

Unresponsive- been trying to get account moved to new ownership for three months- no call backs no one is ever available.

The price for the storage unit was reasonable and the people there was great.
