The customer service was fantastic--10/10. The manager and another associate I interacted with were so courteous and helpful. I was disappointed that I couldn't access the facility 24/7, even with my access code. I showed up with a car full of stuff at 10:30pm, only to find out that it closed at 10:00pm.

Unresponsive- been trying to get account moved to new ownership for three months- no call backs no one is ever available.

The price for the storage unit was reasonable and the people there was great.

Staff was great, facility was clean, convenient access, stored items came out in good condition

The people who work there are so kind and helpful. I was moving my mother’s items after she passed away. Both Tanya and Rodney really went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly for me.

The facility was always clean and office personnel provided excellent customer service.
