Everything was great intill the end . I removed my stuff before my payment was due. And the lady who called me had the nastiest attitude bout it.

The facility and units were very clean and temperature-controlled comfortable. The receptionist, Pam, was so helpful and kind. Unloading was easy and the carts were large and available. Bathroom was accessible.

The process was very easy. Set up and managing my account online. Dealing with Pam in the office, she was always so helpful and very responsive.

Beautiful and clean facility. Very easy from start to finish. We had absolutely no problems. Justin was extremely helpful. He called, left messages with instructions and went out of his way to way to be sure we were all set! Thank you !

Everyone was so helpful, starting with the gentleman who helped me when I called the 800 number through Pamela, the manager at the facility itself. The unit was clean, the process was seamless (I was reserving the unit for someone else to access), and the special offer of first month free was unbeatable. I also appreciated all the extra tips from both the person who took the reservation on the phone and Pamela about getting a larger unit to be able to walk around in it, how to access after hours, recommending a particular unit location for ease of backing up a moving truck to the door (and the benefit/drawback of not being climate controlled). Altogether an easy and convenient experience.
