Your storage facility is dirty. Unsafe, they allow homeless people to live in the units. The outside of the store is filled with trash, beer, bottles, needles, and drug paraphernalia.I called to report this multiple times and nothing was done

Chase, the onsite manager at the Western Hills location was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She is very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I love that my unit is secure and on the first floor and climate controlled.
