When I tell you the peoples here was helpful from beginning to end of the process of picking the right size from making sure I like the unit and just made the process less stressful on me I well recommended this place clean

Perfect all the way around

The owner and staff at this location was very helpful and nice. My items were safely and securely stored the entire duration in a temperature and climate controlled unit and my expectations were exceeded. All of my items were stored cleanly and safely.

They very convenient the storage was just enough space for what I needed you can choose what floor u want to be on I choose the lower floor the staff were very nice to me and my husband friendly they were very understanding when I called and told them I was go be late on my bill it wasn't a problem and because I called in ahead and explained what was going on so like I said they very understanding and even gave me a after hrs pass to get in because they seen we had lots of stuff and was very tired and we had to be out that house that night he let me get in so I wouldn't lose my stuff I appreciate everything they did and I just want to say thank you all.

The store manager was always nice and a big help he has excellent customer service. I rented a space for a year and every time I needed help he went out of his way to see what he could do

Rent rates became a bit too high to manage. Was also getting rid of the items I had in the unit. However was very easy to access and had no other complaints.

Great customer, knowledge of the business and relating information making it a friendly and comfortable environment/transition etc.

The staff was always helpful and went out of their way to ask if I had the proper unit and checked in on my experience often.
