Convenient location

1)The bate and switch method you use to sucker people in is non transparent and unfair. My starting rate was $152 (granted a special offer) and increased to $244 before I decided it was cheaper to move out than stay. I found a comparable unit in a wonderful facility with a guaranteed continued rate under $1002) the facility is absolutely filthy3)the lighting is terrible and the lights that are in the hallways are out and have not been maintained4)I got moths from your facility which ruined two of my rugs and I had to dispose of almost all of my fabric items5)the building and lot are not secure - the garage doors are often left open and there is limited space to load and unload6)there are not enough carts - and the three you have need maintenance and are rarely in a place you can find them.7)the parking lot has enormous potholes8)water leak from above on several of my items9)the bathroom is never accessible - unless you ask someone for the key which is extremely inconvenient19)there are no emergency care kits anywhere that I have seen.20)no garbage cans

Checked into our storage unit on a Sunday. The office was not open and we had to call the main line to obtain help because we did not have a welcome packet or lock in our unit which we paid for and was supposed to be there. Customer service had us check 5 or 6 other units and none of them had any welcome packets or locks.The complex felt very dirty. Something was leaking or spilled because the floor of the elevator was all wet.Lastly, someone had a dog with them and was letting the dog walk around without a leash. When we went to get off the elevator, the dog was standing there and was barking at us. Hesitated to get off elevator until someone came to get the dog.
