First. It would be helpful to have the directions start off with, the fact that there are multiple entrances. I went to the main entrance and after waking up and down and finding no numbers that start with 4, I got in my car and drove around and noticed doc numbers. When I finally found the until it was probably the farthest one from the entrance. Then I get in and load some things and look all around for the welcome box that should have been in the wasn’t. After spending time to figure out where our unit was and then to have to waste more time to call the customer service number and get put on hold while she tried to figure out what to do. I thought she had a solution when she directed us to another until and said we could break the lock and there would be a welcome box on the until with a key. As luck would have it, there was no welcome box in that unit. We somehow were able to get the lock open to lock out things, but there is no key. I am currently out of town but will need to get a key when we get back. This was am overall terrible experience!

Red Bank Road Cincinnati OH - The exterior of the property was in poor condition. The parking lot contained a significant amount of debris, including broken glass and other trash. Unfortunately, while we were there, my son drove over a nail and ended up with a flat tire. What should have been a straightforward move-in turned into an expensive and stressful experience.What was especially disappointing was the contrast between this facility and the Strongsville location we are familiar with. We expected the same level of cleanliness, organization, and customer experience that we have received there. Instead, we encountered access issues, poor signage, unavailable equipment, and a facility that did not appear to be maintained to the same standard.

At my location on Red Bank, Bri was very helpful. She noticed I was assigned a unit known to have problems and found one that worked so much better.

Office staff is amazing but your rates are ridiculous. You charged me 500/month for a 10x13 unit. Your competitors are substantially cheaper.

To expensive, price keep going up. Dont even know if my stuff is there. Have never been to it or seen it. Was stuff out of our house and war veteran stuff fron 70 years ago. Too much,no flexibility, useless expensive insurance. Wasted money for 4 years. Money i didn't have.
