Your contract conditions of increasing rent cost is extortion like and bad business. I will never use your storage service again and will go out of my way to warn others to look elsewhere.

The storage unit I was given, 2220, was about as far from the entry doors as it could be. It was a ridiculously long walk. I hated it. The were plenty of available units closer to the entry doors so I don't know why you hated me so much as to assign that one to me.

Convenient location, conditioned units.

The facility is indoors. I did not see any bugs, no water damage and Brie (sp?) the manager is astounding at customer service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and seems to really enjoy helping where she can. I wish I had a dozen employees just like her. Give that woman a raise!

The day I had movers to take things to the unit, we were unable to get in. Apparently there was weather that caused the access to be offline. No one was at the facility. I finally got a hold of someone in another city but they could offer no solution and said I would just have to wait til the next day as this was a Sunday. Not good when you have na moving truck full of your furniture. Other than that it was fine.

I had no problems at all with the facility.

Bree was very helpful in choosing and renting a unit. Liz was great in showing the unit, access for us and options for access for the movers. Both ladies were kind, patient and helpful throughout the process.

Facility is good but they did not recognize or make it easy to give proof of insurance so they charged more. They increased price of unit twice in one year to a ridiculous amount.
