My items were safe and secure. The staff was professional, both in office and over the telephone.

TERRIBLE!!!!People are there staying in units. On our last trip there, two women had a U-Haul and a dog right in front of the door with their stuff everywhere. They need better security and need to not let people do what they want at the facility. Both times that I complained to staff they seemed to make excuses for all of the issues that I was bringing to with no solutions. One of the doors has been broken for at least a month.

Always a hassle to go pay your bills..Doors always locked during business hours.

The facility houses homeless people who have made their storage units their homes. There is frequent fighting amongst them and quite possibly prostitution occuring. One "tenent" has a dog named Lola, I believe who walks the halls unleashed. And to top it all off, we found roaches. So, I would not recommend this facility. The grounds are unkempt and the parking lot needs repair.
