The process was easy and the store representative was helpful and pleasant.

Well first of all the manager was great!! Super helpful and informative. I liked that I had access 24 hours a day and that everything was indoors so we didn't have to worry about bugs.

Place has no heat, bathroom locked for customers all the time, frieght elevator broken, was told 7 carts to use and only found 4 the entire 3 days of moving with no one else on the facility. On top of that the woman was supposed to be working on Sunday 11/30 and was not in the office so I couldn't use the bathroom after driving over two hours!!

It was a very secure and safe place that store my belongings never was a issue.

I love the front office staff. However, there is a homeless lady that has access to the storage area, she uses the restroom and parks daily outside the building. I brought this to the attention of the staff. I believe she is staying in there for long periods of time. Please review your video.
