Because I'm retired and the location of my storage unit is very accessible, and I don't I don't have to walk a lot to get to my storage unit

Well first of all the manager was great!! Super helpful and informative. I liked that I had access 24 hours a day and that everything was indoors so we didn't have to worry about bugs.

Place has no heat, bathroom locked for customers all the time, frieght elevator broken, was told 7 carts to use and only found 4 the entire 3 days of moving with no one else on the facility. On top of that the woman was supposed to be working on Sunday 11/30 and was not in the office so I couldn't use the bathroom after driving over two hours!!
