Your facility is spotless and there were always carts available to use, which certainly gave my back a break. The management members were very personable and clear with their directions. Appreciated them greatly!

CubeSmarts promotion of a free month was misleading. This is a very competitive product, and people shopping for storage solutions have many choices. I am recommending to my friends and in social media posts to carefully understand the mandatory fees for any "free month." I was misled. The "protection fee" was a mandatory surprise.
