The locks are horrendous, always takes a long time to open locker

This is first time using Cube Smart and I love the atmosphere, and my storage space is perfect for my personal belongings and that is really important to me. And the store manager Jerson was awesome helping me with my selection for my storage needs.

The facility was very clean, and well lit. I felt very safe inside, and liked the music throughout the building. The process of getting in and out was very easy, and the staff was very helpful...especially Omar. I would highly recommend this CubeSmart.

The site was new when I secured a locker which was a big plus for me. I didn't want to move into someone elses leftovers. However, the site was as clean and organized the day I moved out. The lobby was always clean and neat. The place was always thermally comfortable, there was no dust/debris builup in the corridors. The best was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Omar runs a tight ship, all of his employees follow suit. I would recommend this location to anyone.
