The rate continued to go up, despite downsizing to a smaller unit.The model for storage space rental is flawed. Companies offer a low introductory rate to get the customer, but go up once the facility reaches 95% capacity. While that looks good on paper, it is not sustainable. There should also be an incentive for paying on time and keeping the unit. The number of people I see moving in and out is unbelievable, which means those who are making decisions are not "boots on the ground" employees and have no realistic idea of what it means to " close a deal." I was set to pay as much for much for my smaller unit as I paid for a larger unit when I first began renting with CS. I stayed long enough to see who is really valued and how CS conduct business.

I had a great experience with cube smart. Fair priced and very well maintained facilities.

Building was clean most of the time, but not always. Manager was nice. I left because of the unreasonable price hikes.

Continued increase in pricing every six months. There should be some type of incentive for long term customers with no bill issue to not have their bill constantly increased.
