After several years struggling with this location, Peachess gave a sense of stability and professionalism, when we needed her, she was available. Before, was a struggle to have a hold on a staff member, either they were managing 2 locations at the same time or there were not at this one when hours were posted.Staff friendliness, the place is clean but fees cut off on us and we could noit afford it any longer.We used in the past Public Storage not climate units and rats ate our furnitures.

Some issues with access to my unit for several days due to elevator issues but your employee Marlisa saved the day.
