You raise prices like changing underwear. My husband and are on a fixed income. You give no notice that units are going up. You give no credits back for turning in locks, which was bought from you and give no credits for taking stuff out of unit before due date. You guys are all about scamming folks out of money. You are not there for your customers.

Rachel the store manager was awesome, professional and friendly.

Communication has been really good. There were online promotions. I received a gate code and all my units information all together in an email which was helpful. I was also able to pay for more than one month at a time which is nice. I wish we were allowed to provide our own locks and also have the option to insure our items or not, but I do understand as a business, requiring insurance covers yourselves.

No longer need it

I had a storage unit there for 6 years you went up to 400 my girlfriend got the same size for 80 a month you bet I’m telling people

the rates were good and close to the place where I had to move items from.

My same storage went from 79 amonth to 130 almost in 2/3 years

Rate increases were excessive

You are pricing yourself out of the market. I have found many climate controlled units of the same size at less than 1/2 the rent
