It is completely ridiculous that over the span of 5 years my monthly payment increased over 200%. After speaking with management, I was told that’s how cube smart makes their money, because they know that people aren’t usually in a place to move their things. You lost a customer due to greed.

I would recommend this location to anyone who asked strictly on the customer service. All of the individuals I have spoken to from the time I opened the account to when I closed it on the 27th have been exceptional.
