The price rose $60 after getting unit with no warning since it’s a “month to month” contract. I called The CubeSmart facility and they said it went by what other units are charging in the area, but CubeSmart was the most expensive in the area after calling mini storage companies. I was moving our stuff out of the unit over multiple days. I saw multiple people moving out and asked them why, and they said because of the raising prices.

I never had a problem getting info if I needed it, and I never had trouble getting access to my unit

I have never had an issue in the one year I have used the storage.
