The interior hallways were dark.The lighting/bulbs were blown the entire 3 months I occupied space at this location.I found animal droppings in my papers.I arrived at the location topay my bill in person and the location was closed early, as a result was charged and forced to pay a late fee.

I HAD MY STORAGE UNIT FOR 5 MONTHS AND YALL WENT UP ON THE STORAGE UNIT 120 DOLLARS MORE AN THEY BROKE MY FIRST LOCK OFF

Jim in the office was very nice.

the facility was always dirty and has a rident problem. the store manager was rude and not helpful at all. definition not understanding either. I requested for the district manager to call me and never received a call back. It also is very hard to reach the store manager and he doesn't call back either

They tried to raise my rates twice in a twelve month period

The prices are reasonable and the service is very nice. The employees are helpful and respectful. I appreciated experience was overall. And I’m a returning customer as well.
