I have not used this storage unit company before, but Christie and Darryl (trainee) were great with helping me get setup especially on a really hot/humid day. They walked me through the process carefully and answered all my questions. Darryl did a wonderful job taking my information and showing me where storage unit was located.

Clean and safe and quiet

I been at cubsmart in Elyria and it was a pleasure to be there customer service was top tier and it was bathrooms available in the storage area here at the Brookpark location the office manager was not friendly seem like he had a attitude especially when I ask him to use the bathroom upfront and asked him what’s his protocol to move out because that day I was going to be moved out he got smart with his reply.

Because if people need storage facility until they get on their feet, you take advantage of them and just keep raising the price. But still offering free month to new customers. Went from 87.00 to 93 then to 107 to 118. all 2 1/2 years. Inflation didn't have anything to do with it. GREED did.
