First class operation, storage unit was clean and stayed dry length of stay. would recommend to friends who might need to strong a car of other prized possessions. Payments went smooth and no issues to report. Already know where I am storing my car next winter.

The price of my storage went approximately 90 days after initial rental. To add insult to injury, it went up on another storage rental in ONE YEAR's timeframe. I moved in Cube Smart on 3/15/25. It wasn't even a full year. One time, I was a couple days late and they wouldn't even waive the late fee on top of increasing the rental fee. This is not good business and I would refer folks to storage facilities that doesn't fluctuate in less than a year. Cube Smart should be ashamed, taking advantage of people in what can be a very vulnerable time.

Same great customer service I had in previous years upon my return. Got me a spot last minute. Quick and seamless paperwork.
