CubeSmart just purchased the IncaAztec storage business on Berea Road. I was very happy as it was clear that the property needed to be upgraded. And once it was upgraded I was, of course, expecting a rate increase. However, I was deeply disappointed in discovering that I would be charged more for a less-than-upgraded unit immediately. Goodbye.

Well, no offense but I got into a storage unit through Jade at IncaAztec Storage which CubeSmart just took over. I don't know if Jade is still with them, but she is a great person!
