The manager on site failed to let us know when they went into our unit and moved things without my permission even after I said to call me BEFORE they go in not AFTER.

The personnel at this locations were always friendly, and available when we needed them. Never has any issues with the location or the security of the items we stored there. We recently opened another office, and decided to move the items being stored to that location. If we ever need storage in the future we will definitely call CubeSmart again.
