Employees are pleasant

Workers were great people, helped me find the right size to accommodate all the items I had to store. Including choosing one of the units that's had climate control.

Very easy to sign up and I used it right away

only thing I had problems with is the mice that got into my unit

The office lady was awesome and is very nice and very kind at all times whenever I go to make my payments.

Because, you raised rhe price of a storage unit over $200 in 4yrs. That is completely wrong and not needed at all. Absolutely no reason for it. I don't want to hear the excuse its because the times are changing, thats crap. You have very few employees that work there so its not like you are paying them to be there 24hrs a day etc...No reason at all for you tondonthat.
