We appreciated the easy access etc - however it was difficult to get all answers to our questions. We ended up moving to smaller storage unit 7 days ahead of deadline and wishes the 7 days could be credited to smaller unit.

I was paying $ 272.00 a month for a 10x40 at your Middleburg Heights, Ohio facility, which was a fair price but then it was upped to $364.00 a month.No longer affordable
