The price is high and difficult to communicate with the store front

I literally called for three days with not one answer not one return voicemail, the most rudest people ever at this location, and I felt unsafe the majority of the time that I visit my unit.I was charged for a month and it took four days to be able to contact somebody and on the fifth or sixth day. I got my money back. I would avoid going to the Brook Park Rd in Parma/Cleveland location.

Great service

Aaron, the location manager couldn't have been more helpful. I was in the middle of a stressful move and he very helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit that fit my needs. He also kept the storage units unbelievably clean!

Nice location. Super friendly staff. 10x20 locker for over $300.00 a month? I'm a disabled veteran. Way out of my budget.
