This is a message for corporate. I have used Cube Smart for over 4 years. Up until December when a price hike came down the road I was able to negotiate a little savings. This year, I have been told that with new ownership (?) there is no lee way. So....... I had to rent a new unit and move all my contents, but it was at a substantial savings. More than what I would have asked for in a continued customer loyalty discount. So now CubeSmart has lost about $2,000.00 in revenue this year and a customer who is not as happy as she used to be. Not a premium experience.

Expensive. And multiple times raising the monthly costs over the course of time I was there. Also the keypad to access the building is broken and the gates have been stuck open for weeks .
