The exterior of the property usually appears maintained but the interior is unmaintained and sometimes smelly.As far as convient location, it was. It was very easy to make payments.

I couldn't get into the facility where my reservation was at. They took my money and no one told me the facility doors was inoperable. I had to drive across town to another cube smart. Money was not refunded yet. I had to borrow money to get another unit and got charged a fee from U haul because I was late bringing their truck back. All because of you all mistake, I had to dish out money. Which is totally unfair. No I would not recommend cubesmart to anyone I know.

I liked how I found you online & had great rates in the beginning. I would suggest people to know the location, this particular one was in the East side & I didn't know any better & would have wished I found a better location. Also, it could have been a little bette in condition wise, not the prettiest, but it did what I needed. Also, mice got into my unit, so better pest control would be nice r

The facility was ok The staff was very nice. The price just was getting too high and due to poor moisture control. Most of my stuff was molded and I had to throw away after paying thousands of dollars to and Sydney for years.
