I liked the people but did not like the company policy on how they raise prices and what you have to go thru to get a lower price

The manager Floyd is so kind. It was a great experience. The units are so clean and everything was so smooth and easy.

Too expensive….you raised prices $40 in one month

Constant rate increases. New customers get great rates and older customers get nothing but increases. Would recommend for short term storage only.

The storage was clean and secure but I needed to move out because of the rising charges for storage.The scary thing about the units is there’s only one person working in the office and when they take a break, the office is locked and empty and there is no one to call in an emergency. You can be in serious trouble and no one is present to help. Cellphones often do not work because of the enclosure.

Dealing with Cubesmart has been an ordeal. Tried moving my stuff out in September. Upon orchestrating the move, I went and found that a van was parked in front of my door and couldn’t get it out that day. I left for vacation and came back and had to coordinate another day to move. Getting cubesmart to not bill me for the extra month seemed like a production with multiple phone calls where the representative from Cubesmart agreed with me that I shouldn’t have to pay. Some of the customer service workers on the phone even suggested I remove my credit card so I couldn’t get billed.Eventually I got that figured out. Then I asked when the last day I have my unit is to know when it has to be cleaned out by. Turns out that was a Sunday and since that location had no workers there on Sunday, I lose the day or else will get billed for another month. I asked if the staff can check it first on Monday morning and I was told no.Anyway, got all my stuff out and found it has mice shit all over it. Also, mice shit was now all over the floor of the unit and wasn’t there when I was moving stuff in.I took pictures and videos of this and plan on posting it all over the internet this week. I was smart enough to make sure the outside of the location is also on the video so everyone will know that Cubesmart in Clifton is garbage. Hell, the whole company may stink and I’ll assume that’s the case. Google reviews and Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube information with my mice shit videos are inbound.Hope this is helpful on why Cubesmart sucks. Maybe you should give me a credit on what I paid for.
