My unit had mice pop and some other shredded particles throughout the unit upon move in. I notified customer service. I thought the manager would've reached out the next day. Not so. I'd like to know what is the resolve. Clearly the unit wasn't cleaned before I moved in.

Staff is amazing I’m sorry I can’t remember the gentleman name at the front desk because I was in such a frenzy trying to move but he made my experience great from the phone calls until I arrived the day of my move very pleasant and respectful !! Thank you so much

It was a simple process. Everything worked when I was there. Staff was friendly though not much interaction with them. Would rent storage here again.
