I was with them for about one year and a half and the rental fee went up 3 times during that time.I don’t know if it is their normal practice but I have used other rental properties before and none have every changed the monthly fee as frequently.

I had to sweep up mice poop in one of the units before moving in. If I had missed it seeing the poop I would have moved my belongings in a poop unit.
