The facility is very nice and clean. The inside is very-well maintained. Sometimes the outside could use a little picking up, especially by the entrance doors where people leave trash. I would have given a higher score except the rate increases were substantial, in my opinion. I've had 3 rate increases since June 2023: 20% 3 months after introductory rate; 25% after year one; 14% after year two. My little storage unit cost increased by 71% in a little over two years - that is not reasonable.

Tabitha went above and beyond to help me w my existing storage space and obtaining a new one while I was having a horrible day. She was professional, compassionate, and very easy to talk to.
