At 15 and Harper you finally got some good people in there to help. That is the only good thing.Aside from that. Your constant rent increases are out of control. There is to much competitionfor that stand. You would rather force good customers out than work with them or sign long term leases.You keep the storage to cold in winter. I have seen the doors pass codes not work for months on end.Totally not secure. I have witnessed that bathrooms a mess. No soap or paper towel over my time there.Like I said previously. The new people have made a significant upgrade but there hands are tied to really help the customer.
