The location is clean and orderly but the communication about operating hours is very poor. I accessed the facility one night at minutes to 10:00pm without any issue or warning. Unbeknownst to me, the facility locked down totally, again I say TOTALLY, when the clock struck 10:00pm. When I was done about 15 minutes later, I was trapped inside the facility with NO WAY TO GET OUT. I called two of CubeSmart's customer service lines but all they are are sales, zero service, so I was still locked in against my will. I had to call 911 and waste a taxpayer-paid service to have a police officer with better thins to do show up and enter a code to let me out. This alone may prevent me from recommending CUbeSmart in the future. An otherwise great experience has been spoiled with this poorest way of handling inadvertent customer visits beyond closing time. You should step up your communications efforts to include warnings and to provide alternatives that do not include tying up 911 resources this way. Supremely poor handling and worse service under the circumstances.

Place is very clean staff very helpful and friendly

Our unit was fine, nothing fancy. Service was nice when I physically went inside to the front desk, but I had emailed twice before with no response, so that a slight frustration. The rate increases weren’t too often but became too expensive for we were getting. They served our storage needs fine for a few years.

Someone broke into my warehouse and these people wouldn’t even show me what happened. And I only found out they broke into my unit after they extra charged me for a lock these people are greedy they just care about their money. And plus the price that u started with guarantee to change within a month or 2. This place is a scam and it’s like they not here to help their customers there only here to help the burglars. After they changed the lock they said if I want call the cops then they will show me the videos like WHAT. I didn’t not sign contract with no cops I sign with you guys. When someone break into your house don’t you view the cameras first then call the cops. Anyways this place deserves a NEGATIVE -10
