I had a leak in my unit and nothing was done besides coming to take pictures. Some of My belongings were ruined and moldy.When i called the first time to cancel my unit, the person said ok no problem. I waited 2 days and called to confirm it was done, and that person said nothing was ever documented of my original call to cancel, and i was still active.

Lighting, cleanliness of unit, price of storage unit

Clean to begin with. Then painted everything, which i was happy to see. And the new entry gate and gate key pad was a big plus. Grounds were always tidy and no trash blowing around.
