This is my third time using CubeSmart storage. The employees are always polite and knowledgeable. I worked with Wendy and Mike, who were both great! I like the security/cameras all over and the flexible hours to get into my unit. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely use CubeSmart. The only drawback I see is that it is month to month and the pricing can increase at any moment. It gets quite pricy if you need it long term.

Please contact your district manager for that answer. Our units were damaged due to rodent infestations. We were not made aware of the situation until we went to get Christmas decorations out of the units. Two units are still damaged, one with the ceiling caved in. No response from your district manager, Wendy, except to raise the rent on the units as of January 1st! We are in the process of moving out of all of our units over the next month. We have been a client of yours for over 20 yrs. Never again. Customer service is horrible and the location has gone downhill in regard to maintenance over the past 5 yrs. We've noticed several other units are also now moving out.
