I thought the price was $20/month, turns out it’s $55….felt a little deceived. But good storage. Unit I’m in now has a massive cement block in the center of it so I feel I’m being robbed of that space.

When I 1st joined this storage facility, I was really happy with it. The facility is clean, the unit I had was a great unit. The problem is, from the 1st day I moved in, the light in my unit never worked. The unit is in a part of the facility that is extremely dark, regardless of if you are there in the daytime. Every time I am in the unit, I’m using a flashlight to look around. I told the front desk staff, on 3-4 different occasions about this problem. I was given different answers each time. That they couldn’t go in my unit to fix it without me being there, yet, when they told me someone would be reaching out to me to coordinate a time to meet me to let them in, I never got those calls. And each time I told them, they never resolved my issue. I felt neglected as a customer. I had to leave this facility becuase my concerns had gone unnoticed. I owned this unit from July to October, and not once did my concerns get taken care of.

CubeSmart was a great choice — the facility was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient. Highly recommend!
