From entry to exit over the course of over a year, it was a smooth process. Associates were always helpful and friendly. I never had any problems and this particular location in Whitestone was great because it had ample parking spaces.

Kenny was very detailed in explaining the whole process to us. We toured the storage, signed documents and put our things into storage in less than an hour.
