I never had an issue since i started storing my stuff here. Staff is completely friendly, and it's just wonderful to literally have no complaints. My only thing is, the rent increases come unexpectedly, but that's how business works. i wish there was some flexibility and rent stabilized units. We're going through enough already due to this economy.
