Good service, but I felt like I was getting bumped up when I found out about the extra insurance premium required.

Because the price kept going up I didn’t like that

Confusing billing Price increases after 60 days. No way to reach the individual Cube place where my things are holes in the top of the storage units where smoke did enter from the person working. They are smoking in their area charge for insurance that we were never told about and then when we showed that we had iron insurance, they wouldn’t refund

Pice increased after a couple months. Staff smoking & parking close to my unit. One day the smoke was so bad inside my unit I had to leave. Asthma attack.There’s a big hole in the top & they were smoking in the back room/garage.

Never had an issue everything was great

The absurdity and ridiculousness of the cost for a 10x10.
