The constant rate increases, credit card processing fees, and late charges when your system isn’t working. In short, I believe your business model is to extract the most money out of your clients as possible for as long as until they leave for your competitors.

The staff and space have been great, however, the prices have been raised multiple times in the last year. There were other storage units that were actually much closer to our home and at a much lower price.
