excellent customer service on behalf of manager and her staff

Happy with the office staff, the storage unit and both the safety & cleanliness of the facility grounds. However, the rental cost increased automatically every six months. I was also unhappy that the unit was inaccessible from 10p-6a daily. I rarely had an opportunity to go by before 8p and really would have preferred 24hr access. I’ve had many storage units over the past 20yrs and this is the first I’ve had with limited availability. In fact, the first time I went to the unit, my car & I I got locked in (tried to leave at 10:03p) and spent over a half hour getting a live person on the phone who could let me out of the gate. Overall though, it was a good experience.

The staff at CubeSmart are very friendly and knowledgeable. Checking in and gaining access to our new unit was a breeze. Excellent customer service!

1. Two substantial price increases in less than a year.2. Promise to reduce last increase was not implemented. After three months I gave up.3. Located comparable storage at half the cost.

The interior units of cubesmart are kept clean. There is ample lighting, and good security. Generous access hours. Amanda is knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend.

on nov 14th i informed the storage my trailer had been hit. i showed them the trailer and they took pictures. they looked at footage to see if i was lying if the trailer had come in hit before. they looked at the video and saw that it indeed was not. i told them that it had to be the neighbor next to me because it could only be. the fender that was damaged was covered with my tire cover. u have to manually remove the strap to do that so it was deliberately done to hide it temporarily . i asked the employeewhat was next??? he said he would review the footage to see who did it. on nov 15th i contacted the storage to see what they had come up with. he told me they haven’t looked at it !! i said you were quick to to find the footage to see if i was lying about it but u haven’t bothered look since then ??? he said it would take some time. i said then why don’t u start from where u looked to see if i was lying and go from there. he said it would take a couple of days??? it’s been two days since?? here it is tuesday and no response. unacceptable!!! i’ve been with this storage for three years. i always paid on time and dealt with the ridiculous price increases. the main reason i had now vacated. this shows that there is no urgency to resolving this. it shouldn’t take 4 days to find out or at least update me after u told me i would contact me in an couple of days!!!
