Everything was excellent from the location and unit and the customer service. But really tight squeeze between units where we were at for loading and unloading and driving so I wouldn’t give a 10.

Worked w/ Charley. Everything went smooth. No hassles at all. No issues with gate codes or my unit. It was clean when I got it.... Charley was at the facility during business hours when I was at the storage unit, meaning if I were to have had a problem, she would have been there to handle it! However, I did NOT have a problem... But she was there, that's the point!
