The storage was clean and the property was clean and easy to get to.

Cube smart is very expensive. I been having the same storage for 2 years and the price very up 3 times. I have One of the smallest units and I started off paying $88 and my last bill was $146 !

The discount price was wonderful and lasted more months than I thought it would! The entance/exit code is easy to remember and the code pad is easily accessible from the car. I could have used the app to open and close the gate, but didnt use that feature. The app makes it easy to view billing info and make payments, but i used autopay. The unit was clean, the door easily and smoothly glided up and down, and it was large enough for my needs. It was so nice, it seemed brand new. The management and staff was helpful and friendly!!! If I didn't need to move to Florida, I'd still be renting a unit there, for sure.

Easy reservation process and great customer service and personal follow up. Units are clean, easily accessible and secure. Location was convenient.

Rent was raised without much notice, and I could not find any documentation saying that was a possibility.

Great customer service

Nice move in price. Clean storage area. But plans changed a few days later. Needed a small unit but could not get the discount. Had to be out of unit 2 days before rental period ended in order to not be billed for the following month.
