They don’t waive any fees, just downright nasty tacking on fees on top of fees without any consideration of people who have lost their jobs or having financial problems.

I still have two units so clearly I am fine with the service and the units. The only reason it is not a ten is a recent situation where the gate was damaged and it took a very long time for it to be repaired. Probably a parts shortage but I am surprised that spare parts are not kept for things like that when that is a item that I would expect to be damaged/destroyed over the life of the facility.

Even though I was out of my unit, prior to the end of the cycle / month, and the site manager had been informed a week prior, I was still charged the new rate for the following month. Now I am waiting on a reversal of charges. Very unhappy
