First of all the pricing is ridiculous for 400 a month and you have.no accessibility to.use the trash bins for this price you should have that accessibility and also new coding stands takes 2 to 3 attempts before it works.

To quite fair to all the storage mangers I have met since having multiple storage units at one location, including more than one storage unit at a time, the price increase is what kills everything. I really don't think the increases are fair and are a bit dishonest, especially for a long standing loyal customer. To go out of my way and offer security for the premises without pay, always respecting and following the rules of the storage yard, is a bit disrespectful in my opinion. To be honest I felt like I was ripped off with the pricing. I understand that when you downgrade or up grade a unit that a prorating towards the new unit takes place which is helpful, but not to offer a refund on when moving out of a unit before the next bill is kind of crooked. Especially when the unit I received at the time was cleaner when I left it, not to mention I cleaned the unit after clearing out my things. Compared to other customers I have noticed in the past renting units at the facility, I conducted myself way better than most. Even when life put me in a rough spot I still payed the increasing prices because I had no choice or loose what was wanted, and in the end I cleaned out the rental unit instead of just letting things go for someone else to deal with like a some would.
