Good and curteous service, but continuous price raises

Kelly was very helpful and easy to work with. The facility is very clean and orderly. But I'm a little disappointed that the size doesn't appear to really be 5 x 10. Seems smaller. Got special price, but hope the price doesn't increase too much after the introductory period. Many other places are cheaper than your full prices, so may have to move when the price goes up.

The online registration was very easy, and the key was already in the unit, when I arrived.

I had a 10x10 drive up unit. Every time I went there, all of my things were absolutely covered in a thick layer of dust, cobwebs, leaves, and dirt. My main reason for moving though is that the main gate was broken for a while and multiple units around mine had been robbed. I met a man who's unit was robbed right across from mine. He said when he tried to ask CubeSmart for help, they told him CubeSmart is "not responsible for security". So I didn't want to take a chance and left.

I really enjoyed my time there, my items were safe and not damaged, they stay on top of notifying the people if anything happens, and the staff was absolutely amazing
