The location was everything. I will miss Maryland

You have a good introductory first year price but after that it goes up every year to where it's unaffordable. So I would say it's good for a short storage time but not long-term.

The place is clean. I got a great deal. The staff were very polite. They answered all my questions.

I am very unlikely to refer anyone to CubeSmart Storage due to my overall negative experience. The general manager was mean and unprofessional, which made interactions uncomfortable and stressful. Customer service is very important, and unfortunately, it was lacking here.The payment system is poorly designed and confusing. There are too many extra fees, and the company offers very limited payment options, which makes it difficult for customers to manage their accounts. The lack of flexibility feels unfair and inconvenient.Additionally, the staff were not friendly. They came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, which made resolving issues extremely frustrating. Instead of assisting customers, the staff attitude made the experience worse.Overall, due to the poor customer service, excessive fees, limited payment options, and unprofessional behavior, I would not recommend CubeSmart Storage to anyone.

Your constant price hikes has caused me to move my contents to a competitor, 5 miles away at half the cost.

Clean and well-managed facility. Good security. Streamlined office with very helpful and pleasant staff.Only suggestions for improvement are: 1) music volume inside is a little too loud; 2) lighting within individual unit could be brighter; 3) be more aggressive with monitoring for inappropriate tenant behavior, like creepy homeless people coming in and out at late hours just before closing. Only saw two instances over many months and they might not have actually been homeless; but you can sort of tell.

Clean and easy access. Safe and secure. Friendly staff.
