No refund bull crap service

I ask Mgr. To call. Never has. I paid month rate and cam in to close day after Thanksgiving (you closed) ask if any refund told no. Now you can rerent and make $300 more and don't give a darn abbouta

Easy to sign up and manage. Month to month ideal for short term.

We loved the service and the people but a 60% price increase with no warning is price gouging. It should not even be legal but your industry is unregulated. We were forced to pay it while we were away from the area but moved out as soon as we could. I would never recommend your company to anyone, in fact I would warn them to stay away unless they can get at least a 1 year price lock. It just business for you, but it created a real financial hardship on us that we could do nothing about.
