Very easy to use, secure storage, and, importantly, easy to cancel when it was time. My only gripe is that there should be more handcarts available during busy times.

Clean. Simple. Easy in - even easier out! We used a storage unit for about 18 months and it was very easy to get set up, pay the bill, and when we left it was a 5 min process to close the account.
